That's all I know from their cases, I don't know what to tell more, sorry about that. My main point here is that you should not worry about it too much, your case transferring to a different FO is totally normal, sometimes it's even better because they usually transfer cases to less busy FO to get the whole process move faster.. 67 72 c10 gas tank relocation
