I have selected the futanari check box and tried with every option under "balls" combo menu, every "penis" combo menu. I have selected the image that looks like the full package under `Skin Tone -> Skin` and `Skin Tone -> Build`. I have also enabled "Default Female Balls Display" in Uncensor Selector settings.. I put in about 150hrs into Koikatsu and his patch made it very worth it. It has a .exe and then you pick what you want installed and it does the rest, I've been supporting him for a while now.
